1. Agreement

By accessing and using k2o.io ("the website"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. K₂O is operated by Konstantinos Kontaxis ("I", "me").

K₂O provides web design, web development, SEO optimization, AI solutions, and brand strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in individual project quotations, which form separate binding agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including design, text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by K₂O and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Client project work is transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in the project agreement.

4. Portfolio & Case Studies

I reserve the right to display completed and in-progress client work in my portfolio for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client logos and names may be displayed to demonstrate past collaborations.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
